Please also share connector list, pin map, harness BOM, assembly sequence and tolerance requirements. If you only have physical harness samples, you can send samples to us for reverse design.
A: Yes. You can ship one finished harness sample to our factory. Our engineering team will scan and measure the cable layout, then build fixture design. Extra measurement fee may apply, and will be refunded when mass order confirmed.
A: Yes. We support redesign, adding locating pins, upgrading quick-release mechanism, modifying routing channels for new harness variants. Send photos + original drawings for evaluation.

A: Within 24 working hours after we receive your drawings and requirements. Complex test fixtures may take 48 hours for engineering evaluation.
A: Yes. For most projects, the design/prototype cost can be deducted from bulk order payment once mass production confirmed. We will clarify this term in the proforma invoice.
A: T/T (Bank transfer): 100% payment before production only. For long-term cooperative clients, we can discuss other terms. We do not accept credit card or PayPal for large fixture orders.
A: Export plywood case / thick carton with foam inner padding to prevent collision and damage during sea or air shipment. Each fixture will be labeled with model and part number.

A: Yes, we provide commercial invoice, packing list. For Brazil / Mexico import, your local customs broker is responsible for import clearance and tax.
A: Full dimensional inspection, assembly test, fit test with harness / connector, visual surface inspection. We can send inspection photos and videos before delivery.
A: 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects (not including normal wear and tear from daily production use). Damages caused by improper operation are not covered.
