What Is a Wire Routing Channel?

The Wire Routing Channel is used to organize and separate wires during harness assembly. It is designed to prevent wires from scattering and to maintain an orderly routing layout. Plastic, POM, and aluminum alloy options are available. Configurations include 8-slot, 10-slot, 12-slot, 16-slot, 18-slot, and 20-slot models. Each individual wiring slot is 35 mm long and 50 mm high. Different configurations can be selected according to harness layout requirements.
